Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis (approximately 400-500g)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (like Parmesan)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or basil), to taste
  • Oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchinis and press them to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated zucchinis, breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.
