Ingredients
- 4-5 fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or flounder)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease your baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle melted butter and olive oil over each fillet, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
