Description

Delightful shrimp tacos bursting with zesty lime and creamy avocado flavors, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1/2 cup Cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the shrimp with chili powder and cumin until pink and cooked through.
