Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Juice of 2 limes
- 8 taco shells
- 1/2 cup Cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the shrimp with chili powder and cumin until pink and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt and lime juice to create the yogurt-lime sauce.
- Warm the taco shells.
- Fill each shell with shrimp, avocado slices, and drizzle with the yogurt-lime sauce.
