Description

Indulgent and easy-to-make sliders filled with cheesy ground beef and sausage, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb sausage (your choice: breakfast, Italian, or mild)
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 24 slider buns

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and sausage together until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Prepare the filling: Transfer the cooked meat to a saucepan over low heat. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese, black pepper, and onion powder. Stir until the cheese melts into a smooth filling.
  3. Assemble the sliders: Split the slider buns, toast if desired, and spoon the meat and cheese mixture onto the bottom half of each bun. Cap with the other half.
  4. Serve and enjoy: Serve the sliders warm and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with different sausage types or add spices for custom flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
