Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Leafy greens for serving
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink.
- Drain and let the shrimp cool before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled shrimp, crab meat, celery, bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth, then pour over the seafood mixture.
- Gently toss the ingredients together, ensuring everything is well-coated with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the seafood salad over leafy greens for a fresh presentation.
