Description

A quick and easy Tuna Sushi Bake that delivers all the delightful flavors of sushi without the complexity. Perfect for solo meals, this dish combines creamy tuna, rice, and umami flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz canned tuna, drained
  • 1 ½ tbs Japanese mayo
  • ½ tbs sriracha
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup white rice, cooked
  • Furikake seasoning
  • Drizzle of Japanese mayo
  • Drizzle of sriracha
  • Drizzle of eel sauce
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Roasted seaweed
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Eel sauce
  • Spicy mayo


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, Japanese mayo, sriracha, and cream cheese until well combined.
  2. In a small baking dish, layer the cooked white rice evenly at the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of furikake over the rice.
  4. Spread the tuna mixture over the furikake.
  5. Drizzle Japanese mayo, sriracha, and eel sauce over the top.
  6. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F and bake or air fry for about 5 minutes until the top is toasty.
  7. Remove the dish and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
  8. Serve alongside roasted seaweed, avocado, cucumbers, eel sauce, and spicy mayo.
