Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Mixed salad greens
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, sliced


Instructions

  1. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
