Ingredients
- 2 cans wild-caught tuna
- 3 tablespoons celery, chopped
- 3 tablespoons carrots, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cucumbers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- Large seaweed wraps for serving
- Sesame seeds and avocado for garnish
Instructions
- Add tuna to a large bowl and mash into small pieces.
- Incorporate the chopped vegetables, spices, mayonnaise, and mustard, then mash all together with a fork.
- Add a large scoop of the mixture to a seaweed wrap, top with sesame seeds and avocado, then roll up tightly.
