Description

Quick and nutritious tuna salad nori wraps filled with fresh vegetables and creamy tuna salad, perfect for lunch or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans wild-caught tuna
  • 3 tablespoons celery, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons carrots, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • Large seaweed wraps for serving
  • Sesame seeds and avocado for garnish


Instructions

  1. Add tuna to a large bowl and mash into small pieces.
  2. Incorporate the chopped vegetables, spices, mayonnaise, and mustard, then mash all together with a fork.
  3. Add a large scoop of the mixture to a seaweed wrap, top with sesame seeds and avocado, then roll up tightly.
