A delicious poke bowl featuring sushi-grade Ahi tuna and creamy avocado, perfect for quick lunches or light dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sushi-grade Ahi tuna
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 radish, sliced
  • 1 sheet seaweed (nori), cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Dice the sushi-grade Ahi tuna into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to create a marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the diced tuna and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  4. While the tuna marinates, mash the avocado in a bowl until creamy.
  5. Chop the green onions, cucumber, and radish into bite-sized pieces.
  6. To assemble, place a scoop of mashed avocado at the bottom of each bowl.
  7. Top with marinated tuna, chopped vegetables, sesame seeds, and seaweed strips.
