Ingredients

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes

  2. Combine the cooked macaroni, drained tuna, diced celery, diced tomatoes, sweet relish, diced onion, and seasoned salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss thoroughly until every ingredient is well coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
