Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour, ensuring an even coat.
  3. Dip the floured shrimp into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Press the shrimp into the panko and coconut mixture, ensuring an ample coating.
