- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Season the flour with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour, ensuring an even coat.
- Dip the floured shrimp into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
- Press the shrimp into the panko and coconut mixture, ensuring an ample coating.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
