Delicious hand rolls filled with vibrant ingredients, perfect for a fun and interactive meal.


Ingredients

  • Mahatma® Sticky Rice
  • Nori (seaweed)
  • Ripe mango
  • Tajín seasoning
  • Chili-infused honey
  • Spicy tofu
  • Kimchi
  • Scallions
  • Mini teriyaki meatballs
  • Cucumber
  • Mayonnaise (Japanese mayo preferred)


Instructions

  1. Prepare Mahatma® Sticky Rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Slice ripe mango and cucumber, and chop scallions for fillings.
  3. For the Sweet & Spicy Mango Hand Roll: Place nori shiny side down, spread sticky rice over half, layer fresh mango slices, sprinkle Tajín seasoning, and drizzle chili-infused honey. Roll into a cone.
  4. For the Spicy Tofu & Kimchi Hand Roll: Lay nori rough side up, spread sticky rice, add crispy spicy tofu, tangy kimchi, and scallions. Roll into a cone.
  5. For the Teriyaki Meatball Handroll: Position nori rough side up, spread sticky rice, layer with mini teriyaki meatballs, cucumber strips, and drizzle with Japanese mayonnaise. Roll into a cone.

Notes

Use a sharp knife for clean cuts; lightly toast dry nori for better flavor; experiment with different sauces.
