Description

A quick and healthy recipe for crispy tilapia fillets seasoned simply, served with fresh lemon.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh herbs for garnish, such as parsley or cilantro


Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Dredge each fillet in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the seasoned tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky.
  5. Remove the fillets from the skillet and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with fresh herbs.
