- 1 lb (454 g) medium-sized carrots washed and peeled
- 2 Tablespoon (30 ml) olive oil
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) paprika
- ¼ cup (60 g) grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley optional
Instructions
- Drizzle the melted vegetable oil, brown sugar, and salt over the chopped beef carrots, stirring until well-coated.
