Description

Learn how to make the juiciest and most flavorful BBQ chicken breasts using the best air fryer method. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal!


Ingredients

  • – 3 medium chicken breasts, skinless and boneless (680g)
  • – 1 teaspoon paprika (5g)
  • – ½ teaspoon garlic powder (2.5g)
  • – 1 teaspoon salt (5g)
  • – ½ teaspoon black pepper (2.5g)
  • – 1/3 cup BBQ sauce, I love Stubb’s sugar-free (80ml)
  • – Vegetable oil or olive oil cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Set your air fryer to 360°F and mist the basket with a vegetable oil or olive oil spray.
  2. In a small dish, blend the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to form a spice blend.
  3. Dry the chicken breasts using a paper towel, then rub them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 10 minutes, then use tongs to turn them over and continue cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  5. Take the chicken out of the air fryer and cover them liberally with BBQ sauce.
  6. Place them back into the air fryer and heat for another 2-3 minutes, until the chicken’s internal temperature hits 165°F (using a meat thermometer can be helpful).
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
