Description

Quick and nutritious tuna rice balls that are perfect for lunch or on-the-go snacks, combining protein-packed tuna with seasoned rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nori sheets, cut into strips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Wet your hands slightly and shape the mixture into small balls.
  3. If desired, wrap each rice ball with a strip of nori.
  4. Serve immediately or pack for lunch.

Notes

Ensure the tuna is well-drained to avoid soggy rice balls. Customize with spices or veggies as desired.
