Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines, drained
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
