Description
A flavorful and easy-to-prepare dish that balances sweetness, tanginess, and savory notes using salmon and a vibrant sweet chili marinade.
Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Chopped cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the marinade. Allow marinating for at least 15 minutes.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle any remaining marinade over the salmon and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the salmon longer—up to an hour if time permits. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a light salad.
