Description

Delicious stuffed shrimp filled with crabmeat and aromatic spices, perfect for family gatherings or elegant dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Jumbo shrimp
  • 1 cup Crabmeat
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crabmeat, bread crumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on.
  4. Stuff each shrimp with the crab mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet and drizzle with extra butter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Serve hot as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

For added flavor, let the stuffing mixture rest for 10-15 minutes before stuffing the shrimp. Consider adding red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
