Ingredients
- 1 lb Jumbo shrimp
- 1 cup Crabmeat
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the crabmeat, bread crumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on.
- Stuff each shrimp with the crab mixture.
- Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet and drizzle with extra butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Serve hot as an appetizer or main dish.
Notes
For added flavor, let the stuffing mixture rest for 10-15 minutes before stuffing the shrimp. Consider adding red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
