Description

A delightful stuffed seafood bread bowl filled with shrimp, crab meat, and a creamy cheese mixture, perfect for gatherings and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • Crusty sourdough or Italian bread loaf
  • Fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • Garlic powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the inside carefully.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shrimp, crab meat, garlic powder, lemon juice, and herbs until well combined.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese for richness.
  5. Fill the hollowed loaf with the seafood mixture until overflowing.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving with crispy veggies or crackers.
