Description

A delicious stuffed salmon recipe featuring tender salmon fillets filled with a creamy mixture of cheese and spinach, topped with crispy breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, cream cheese, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning.
  3. Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff it generously with the filling.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the stuffed salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, creating a golden crust.
  5. Transfer the seared salmon fillets to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Ensure not to overstuff the salmon and check for doneness using a fork to flake at the thickest part.
