A delicious stuffed salmon recipe featuring tender salmon fillets filled with a creamy mixture of cheese and spinach, topped with crispy breadcrumbs.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, cream cheese, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning.
- Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff it generously with the filling.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the stuffed salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, creating a golden crust.
- Transfer the seared salmon fillets to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
