Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon fillets
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay salmon fillets on a clean surface. Make an incision in the center of each fillet, creating a pocket for the stuffing.
- Generously fill each salmon pocket with the stuffing mix.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared salmon to a baking dish and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
