Ingredients
- 1 dozen mussels, cleaned and opened
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the breadcrumbs, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Fill each mussel shell with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the stuffed mussels on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or main dish.
Notes
For added heat, consider mixing in red pepper flakes with the breadcrumb mixture.
