Description

Quick and flavorful spicy tuna wraps packed with fresh veggies, perfect for busy weeknight meals or a satisfying snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz) can Wild Selections® Tuna
  • 1 1/2 – 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 wraps
  • 2/3 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1/2 Hass avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced into long sticks


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Mix well until everything is evenly blended.
  2. Divide the tuna salad equally between the two wraps.
  3. Layer the matchstick carrots, cucumber sticks, and avocado slices atop the tuna mixture.
  4. Wrap tightly, folding in the edges to secure the filling.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of Sriracha for more heat. Use different vegetables for variety.
