Description
Quick and flavorful spicy tuna wraps packed with fresh veggies, perfect for busy weeknight meals or a satisfying snack.
Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz) can Wild Selections® Tuna
- 1 1/2 – 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 2 wraps
- 2/3 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/2 Hass avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced into long sticks
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Mix well until everything is evenly blended.
- Divide the tuna salad equally between the two wraps.
- Layer the matchstick carrots, cucumber sticks, and avocado slices atop the tuna mixture.
- Wrap tightly, folding in the edges to secure the filling.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of Sriracha for more heat. Use different vegetables for variety.
