Ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup spicy ahi tuna, diced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Nori (optional)
- Soy sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and season with rice vinegar, salt, and sugar.
- Press the seasoned rice into a rectangular mold and refrigerate until firm.
- Once set, cut the rice into crispy rectangles.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the rice rectangles until golden and crispy.
