A mouthwatering fusion of creamy crab and spicy tuna, baked to perfection for an easy-to-serve sushi experience.
Ingredients
- ½ lb Imitation Crab
- ¼ cup Japanese Mayo
- 1 tbsp Ponzu Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Masago
- 2 cans Tuna (soaked in oil)
- 3 tbsp Japanese Mayo (for spicy tuna mix)
- 1 tbsp Korean Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Cream Cheese (for spicy tuna)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Rice (for the base)
- Sushi Seasoning
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and mix with sushi seasoning. Spread a layer of sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle a layer of masago on top, then add furikake.
- Mix imitation crab with Japanese mayo, ponzu sauce, and cream cheese for the filling.
- In a separate bowl, mix spicy tuna (canned tuna, Japanese mayo, Korean chili paste, cream cheese, and black pepper).
- Layer the creamy crab mixture and spicy tuna mixture over the sushi rice.
- Drizzle additional Japanese mayo and sprinkle more furikake on top.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes until the top is golden.
- Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve with crispy seaweed.
