- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- Corn or flour tortillas
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 avocado, mashed

- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp into the bowl and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
