Ingredients

- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
- ½ cup diced tomatoes

- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and ensure the shrimp are clean and deveined.
- To make the crema, mix sour cream, lime juice, chopped cilantro, hot sauce, and salt in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add the seasoned shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Warm the corn tortillas in another skillet or over the flame until pliable.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, then topping with shredded cabbage or lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
