Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
- Once the rice is done, season it with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Flake the salmon into the mixture and stir gently until well combined.
- Spread the seasoned rice evenly in a baking dish.
- Top the rice with the salmon mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the oven until golden and bubbly.
