Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 lb sushi-grade salmon, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Wasabi (optional)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Nori sheets (cut into strips, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together to create the spicy mayo.
- Layer the sushi rice, diced salmon, avocado, and cucumber in each serving bowl.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and add a dollop of spicy mayo on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and nori strips.
