Description

Deliciously smoked oysters enhanced with butter, garlic, and fresh parsley, perfect for any appetizer spread.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of smoked oysters
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Combine the butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the smoked oysters in a heat-proof dish.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the oysters.
  5. Smoke the oysters for about 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer.
