Description

A creamy and flavorful smoked fish dip that’s perfect for gatherings, easy to prepare, and pairs well with crackers or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ¾ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon dill, divided
  • Hot sauce, to taste
  • 6-8 ounces smoked fish, flaked

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except for the smoked fish, reserving half the dill in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in the flaked fish gently, blending carefully to maintain texture.
  3. Garnish with the reserved dill for flavor.
  4. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Letting the dip sit overnight enhances the flavors, and feel free to experiment with spice levels and types of dill.
