Ingredients

- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ¾ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ½ teaspoon dill, divided
- Hot sauce, to taste
- 6-8 ounces smoked fish, flaked
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the smoked fish, reserving half the dill in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the flaked fish gently, blending carefully to maintain texture.
- Garnish with the reserved dill for flavor.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
