Description

A flavorful shrimp boil made effortlessly in a slow cooker, perfect for gatherings or busy days.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound small potatoes, halved
  • 2-3 ears of corn, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes and sausage in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the water and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 180 minutes.
  4. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the corn and shrimp.
  5. Once done, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
