Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound small potatoes, halved
- 2-3 ears of corn, cut into pieces
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the potatoes and sausage in the slow cooker.
- Add the water and Old Bay seasoning.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 180 minutes.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the corn and shrimp.
- Once done, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
