Description

A simple and delicious recipe for slow cooker ramen noodles that combines lean ground beef, mixed vegetables, and savory broth for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, combine the ground beef, mixed vegetables, beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 360–480 minutes or on high for 180–240 minutes.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker and stir.
  4. Let the dish cook until the noodles are tender.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
