Ingredients
- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In the slow cooker, combine the ground beef, mixed vegetables, beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 360–480 minutes or on high for 180–240 minutes.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker and stir.
- Let the dish cook until the noodles are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
