Description

Ingredients

  • Lasagna Noodles
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Ground beef or sausage
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef or sausage in a pan with chopped onions and minced garlic. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the meat mixture into your slow cooker.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Layer broken lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and the meat mixture.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, topping with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper between layers.
  7. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 240-360 minutes (4-6 hours).
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, layer the noodles wisely and use high-quality ingredients. Add water or broth if the lasagna looks dry.
