Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch to make the teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Add zucchini and water chestnuts, stirring until vegetables are tender.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice or cauliflower rice for a healthier option.
