Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.

  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with shrimp and sauce; mix well.
  7. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes or lemon juice. You can also incorporate vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
