Description

A delightful Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake combining creamy sauce, garlic, and perfectly cooked shrimp that brings people together.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil salted water, add linguine, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and sauté until pink.
  5. Stir in chicken broth and lemon juice, let simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add heavy cream and red pepper flakes, mix well.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the cooked linguine with the shrimp mixture, coating evenly.
  8. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

Enhance with fresh cracked black pepper and garnish with parsley for a beautiful presentation.
