A delightful Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake combining creamy sauce, garlic, and perfectly cooked shrimp that brings people together.
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil salted water, add linguine, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and sauté until pink.
- Stir in chicken broth and lemon juice, let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and red pepper flakes, mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked linguine with the shrimp mixture, coating evenly.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
Enhance with fresh cracked black pepper and garnish with parsley for a beautiful presentation.
