Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (like parsley, cilantro, or dill), chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
