Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well to ensure the shrimp is evenly coated.

- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to create the spicy mayo.
