Description

Delicious shrimp crab melts with a savory filling of seafood and creamy cheese, wrapped in flaky biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated flaky biscuits (8 count)
  • 3/4 cup of cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 3/4 cup of lump crab meat
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Flatten each biscuit slightly on a baking sheet.
  3. Combine the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the filling onto half of the biscuits.
  5. Top with the remaining biscuits. Pinch the edges to seal and press lightly.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Let them rest for 2 minutes, then slice or serve whole.

Notes

For a richer color on the biscuits, consider using an egg wash instead of butter.
