Description

Delicious shrimp and crab garlic bombs that are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfect for sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat (well-drained)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (or melted butter)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Stir in the beaten egg, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  4. Scoop out portions and shape into small balls, about the size of golf balls.
  5. Place the formed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the bombs.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Experiment with different herbs or spices for added flavor and consider rolling the bombs in extra breadcrumbs for crunch.
