Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb crab meat, drained
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth.
- Fold in the shrimp and crab meat until well combined.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten them slightly.
- Spoon a generous amount of the shrimp and crab mixture onto the center of each biscuit.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the filling.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
