Description

Delicious shrimp crab biscuit melts filled with creamy seafood filling and encased in flaky biscuit, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab meat, drained
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shrimp and crab meat until well combined.
  4. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten them slightly.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the shrimp and crab mixture onto the center of each biscuit.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the filling.
  7. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
