Description

Delightful seafood melts combining shrimp and crab meat in buttery, flaky biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit and place a generous spoonful of the shrimp and crab mixture in the center. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  4. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious melts!

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Experiment with different cheeses or spices in the filling.
