Description
A rich and creamy seafood lasagna rolled up for a delightful twist on tradition.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- Combine chopped shrimp and crab with ricotta, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- Fill each lasagna noodle with the mixture, roll them up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups, and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue to bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the dish cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
Notes
Avoid overstuffing the lasagna noodles to prevent filling from oozing out. For a richer flavor, consider making your own Alfredo sauce.
