Description

A rich and flavorful spread made from fresh shrimp, unsalted butter, and zesty lemon, perfect for appetizers or elevating meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Fold in the chopped parsley and shrimp until the shrimp are well coated.
  3. Place the mixture in a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve the shrimp butter on toasted baguette slices or as a spread for seafood.

Notes

Using fresh, high-quality shrimp enhances the flavor. Letting the mixture sit in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight intensifies the taste.
