Ingredients
- 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Water
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add the Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Add baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in corn and sliced sausage; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Carefully add shrimp, cooking until they turn pink (about 2-3 minutes).
- Drain the pot and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp boil.
- Arrange on a large platter, garnishing with fresh parsley.
