Description

A delicious communal dish featuring shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn seasoned with Old Bay, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Water


Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add the Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in corn and sliced sausage; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully add shrimp, cooking until they turn pink (about 2-3 minutes).
  5. Drain the pot and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp boil.
  6. Arrange on a large platter, garnishing with fresh parsley.
