Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, diced avocados, red onion, and cilantro.
