Description

Delicious shrimp and avocado bowls featuring sweet mango salsa and zesty lime-chili sauce for a fresh, flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 sweet mango, diced
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime
  • Chili powder, for seasoning
  • Olive oil, for sautéing the shrimp
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together diced mango, chopped cilantro, diced red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the mango salsa.
  2. Season the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the shrimp until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. In a bowl, layer sliced avocado, grilled shrimp, and top with mango salsa.
  5. Drizzle with lime-chili sauce made from mixing lime juice and chili powder. Serve fresh.

Notes
