Description
A quick and nutritious shrimp and asparagus stir-fry with mushrooms, perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque.
- Stir in the asparagus and mushrooms, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for better flavor and adjust sauce thickness with water if too thick.
